System Requirements

Well, well, every good thing has a catch to it! Those of you who are planning on getting a PS3 and grabbing a whole lot of 3D games to play on it need to be aware of a few pointers that would help you enjoy the most awesome gaming experience on your beloved PS3 console. Check out the following tips and tricks to indulge in the most enjoyable 3D animation experience ever!

  • The first things you’ll need to enjoy the 3D graphics experience of these games is a 3D enabled television set and appropriate glasses.
  • A firmware update would also be necessary to play the 3D games on your PS3. Such a firmware update is very simple and does not require you to go any extra miles. If you are a moderately regular gamer, you must already have installed these updates! However, if you plan to play 3D movies on the PS3, the firmware update is a little different from what you’ll require to install for the 3D games.
  • The best visual platform for enjoying the full splendor of the 3D graphics and special effects of these games is an HDTV. Also, using High-Definition Multimedia Interface cables for 3D gaming on Blu-ray playback would give you the best results.

I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for many more fabulous 3D games to be announced in the near future. Wouldn’t it be great to play 3D versions of fabulous games like Grand Theft Auto, BioShock and God of War on your PlayStation 3? I bet it would!
