Let us first see what exactly hard reset means. Simply put, it is a method of pressing a combination of hardware buttons on your device, that will cause the device to go back to its factory settings. There are many times when an electronic device malfunctions, and if it seems like permanent damage, one possible remedy is to carry out this process. Please note that you will lose all saved data and files after this, so it is advisable to create a backup of all the data on the phone.
